Winter in CT

Did anyone from CT respond to my question about the likelihood of finding boxes in February in CT?  We've never been there but have the opportunity to go in February and any input would be appreciated.

I don't think you'd have a problem.

Don't worry about boxing in the CT winter.  Dan and I find more boxes in the winter than any other time of the year.  A little snow just adds some challenge to the fun!!

Hi Sue, I would be happy to put together a list of Ct. boxes of mine
that would be easier to find in the snow. Come to the Mansfield area
and you can be sure to get a good many varied boxes. I do know a
couple that have tricky clues if snow cover but sometimes we have no
snow too - never know in Ct. Sometimes we get every weather in the
same day!
Other things to do in the area - several muesams , Univ. of Ct.
Barns open to public, tons of historical sites, good restraunts and
several choices of places to stay. email me for more if you decide to
come this way. We could even get together a short notice gather for
you of locals ,we have quite a few around here. I'd be happy to take
care of it just let me know. Leader of the Pack - carol
